If you're new to mindfulness, these Zoom sessions (between 15 - 30 minutes) will offer you the chance to explore mindfulness practices and gain a better understanding of what mindfulness entails.

These are flexible, drop-in sessions, so once you apply for one, you'll gain access to the following sessions and you will be able to join as often as you like with the same link.
